Terms of Service

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Free trial, subscription, and cancellation

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, currently $29 per month, billed in advance each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with advance notice, and changes take effect at your next billing period.

Unlimited use and fair use

The subscription includes unlimited use of every tool for your own real estate business. To keep the Service fast and available for everyone, we may limit automated, scripted, or bulk usage, and usage that resells or redistributes the Service to third parties.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, documents, and text you upload and of the results the tools generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including listing photos and seller or buyer documents.

AI-generated results and your responsibilities

Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you use it. In particular:

• Virtually staged, decluttered, or enhanced images must be disclosed as such where your MLS, your brokerage, or applicable law requires, and must not misrepresent a property's condition.
• Listing copy and marketing must comply with fair housing laws. Built-in compliance checks are a helpful aid, not legal review.
• CMAs, net sheets, mortgage, and rent-vs-buy figures are estimates for discussion only. They are not appraisals, and not legal, tax, lending, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload content you are not authorized to share, create misleading or discriminatory advertising, interfere with the Service's security or operation, or attempt to reverse engineer or copy it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and improving, but it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may add, change, or retire tools over time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, deals, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
